Coopers Hawk or Sharp-Shinned?

These photos came to us from a friend in Ithaca, NY. This hawk landed on her back porch railing. Immature Coopers Hawk or Sharp-Shinned? I'm thinking Sharpie because of the look and the eyes. Thanks for your help. She did take a good photo!

The head feathering is more like a Sharp Shined. Head does not have a dark hood like the Coopers

Thinkin' Sharpie, too, mostly due to the eyes. Great-looking bird regardless. :)
